How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days. Express is 2-3 business days.
Can I install the decals myself?
Absolutely. Every kit comes with a detailed DIY install guide. It takes about 30 minutes.
What if I make a mistake during installation?
Our premium vinyl is forgiving and can be repositioned during the first few minutes of application. For best results, follow the install guide carefully.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa.
What file format do you need for my logo?
SVG is best for clean cuts on our machines. High-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available before production starts and before design approval. See our full refund policy at checkout.
